Because the coat is packed in a box, it may arrive slightly flattened or less fluffy. This is normal. Since the coat is brand new, you may also notice a few loose hairs falling — this is natural for genuine fox fur.

To restore its full premium volume:
1. Take the coat outside and gently shake it.
2. Moisten clean hands with water (hands should be damp, not wet) and run them smoothly over the fur.
3. Use a hairdryer on cool mode, holding it about 15 cm (6 inches) away.
4. After a few minutes, the fur will regain its natural fluffy shape.
