• After unpacking, fur may appear flat from storage—this is normal.

• Smooth fur with clean, slightly damp hands in the direction of growth.
• Use a hairdryer on cool setting from 15–20 cm (6–8 in) for a few minutes if needed.
• Professional fur cleaning is recommended once per season.

For alpaca wool coat:
• Store on a wide hanger in a breathable garment bag.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or heat sources.
