Because the coat is packed in a box, it may arrive slightly flattened or lose some volume. This is normal. Since the coat is brand new, a few loose hairs may fall — natural for genuine fur.

To restore its fluffy premium look:
1. Gently shake the coat outside.
2. Dampen your clean hands with water (hands should be moist, not wet) and run them along the fox fur.
3. Use a hairdryer on cool setting, holding it about 15 cm (6 inches) away.
4. After a few minutes, the fur regains its full, voluminous shape.
