Shipping was fast, item arrived in less than 2 weeks. Also, responses to messages were prompt and courteous. However, the item failed to meet expectation. The back of the jacket falls at waist level, while the front is above my belly button. The coat I received is almost black. Yes, I understand the lighting has to be taken into consideration, but this item is drastically different than pictured. The seller agreed to issue a refund upon return of the defective item. The seller and I were able to reach a compromise. I kept the jacket and received a modest, partial refund.
