After Unboxing
After a long journey or extended storage in its packaging, your fur may appear slightly compressed or less fluffy. This is completely normal.
Once you open the box, gently shake the garment to help the fur loosen and regain its shape.
Slightly dampen clean hands and gently smooth the fur in the direction of the hair.
Then use a hair dryer on cold air only, gently moving the air through the fur until it is completely dry. Do not use hot air or place the fur near a direct heat source.
Once fully dry, the fur will gradually regain its natural volume, softness and original appearance.
