At MiaFurLeather, every item is carefully handcrafted and made with great attention to detail. Many of our products are custom-made or produced upon order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:

• The item is significantly different from the product description.
• The wrong item was sent.
• The item arrives damaged.

The item must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized orders.
• Items made according to the customer’s measurements.
• Sale or clearance items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return shipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase if production has not yet started.

Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
