To maintain the beauty and longevity of your fox fur:

✨ After Unpacking:
Gently shake the fur to restore its natural fluffiness. If the fur appears slightly flattened after shipping, lightly run clean, damp fingers along the hair in the direction of the fur. Then, using a hairdryer on a cool setting (hold it 15–20 cm / 6–8 inches away), blow-dry the fur for a few minutes. This will help regain its original volume and luxurious look.

✨ Storage:
• Always store your fox fur in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Avoid hanging on a thin wire hanger; use a broad-shouldered hanger to maintain the shape.
• Keep away from moths and insects by using breathable garment bags (no plastic).

✨ Maintenance:
• Do not apply perfume or hairspray directly on the fur.
• Professional fur cleaning is recommended once a season to preserve the natural oils and softness.
• Avoid crushing the fur by sitting on it for extended periods.

- Returns are accepted only if the item significantly differs from the listing description or product photos.

Cancellation requests are accepted only before production has started.
