Care Instructions

For the fox fur collar:
• After time in a box, the fur may look compressed. This is normal for new, unworn fur.
• Take it outside and gently shake to wake the pile (initial light shedding is normal).
• With clean, damp (not wet) hands, smooth the fur in the direction of growth.
• Blow-dry on cool from 15–20 cm (6–8 in) for a few minutes to restore volume.
• Avoid perfume/hairspray on fur. Professional fur cleaning once per season is recommended.

For the alcantara jacket:
• Spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth; do not saturate.
• Brush the nap gently with a soft clothes brush to revive the suede-like look.
• Avoid high heat and direct sunlight; do not iron the fur collar.
• Store on a wide hanger in a breathable garment bag.

- Please note that in Turkey it is not possible for us to purchase or provide a return shipping label. Therefore, any return shipment must be arranged and sent by the buyer at their own expense.

- The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees related to the return.

- All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Returns are accepted only if the item significantly differs from the listing description or product photos.

- Order cancellations:
Cancellation requests are accepted only before production has started.
If a buyer requests cancellation after purchase, all Etsy transaction fees and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
