When your fur coat arrives after being packed in a box, it may appear slightly flattened or lose some of its fluffy volume. This is completely normal. Because the coat is brand new and unworn, you may also notice a few loose hairs falling — this is natural for genuine fur.

To restore its premium fluffy look:
1. Take the coat outside and gently shake it.
2. Dampen your clean hands with water (hands should be moist, not wet).
3. Run your damp hands smoothly along the fur.
4. Use a hairdryer on cool setting, holding it about 15 cm (6 inches) away from the coat.
5. After a few minutes, the fur will regain its full, voluminous shape.
